Ingredients:
Cauliflower.......................1 small
Curd (yoghurt).................................2 tbsps (thick no whey)
Red chilli pwdr.................1/4 tsp or according to taste
Coriander pwdr...............1/2 tsp
Ginger crushed................1 tsp
Garam masala.................1/4 tsp
Salt to taste
Olive oil...........................1 tbsp
Wash the cauliflower under running water. Then par boil in boiling water (add a bit of salt to the water) Be careful not to over boil. Remove from the water after 2-3 minutes and allow it to stand in order to drain out the water. When it is completely drained of water, turn it over to apply the yoghurt mix.
Now mix all the dry spices including salt and ground ginger in the yoghurt. Note: Check salt content in cauliflower. You can pinch off a bit from a floweret and taste it. You need to know how much salt to add in the yoghurt.
Fill it in with the yoghurt mix.
Pour about 1/2 tbsp olive oil over the top, put it in the oven and grill at mark 6 for about 10-12 minutes. When it browns lightly turn it over carefully so it doesn’t break.
Pour the rest of the olive oil over the stem base and grill. When it gets light brown take it out, garnish with some coriander and serve hot.
