Chicken Seekh Kebab Rolls






Ingredients:

Chicken Seekh..........4 pre-made
Onions.....................1 chopped
Spring onions...........1 green and white parts
Green bell pepper....1/2 sliced
Tomato......................1 chopped
Green coriander........small bunch chopped
Roti’s.........................4
The potato and yoghurt are for raita


Cut the chicken seekh diagonally into 1 “ pieces. Saute and set aside.


Heat olive oil and stir fry the onions. Add tomatoes, salt and allow tomatoes to soften.




Now put the seekh in and stir fry for a minute then add the spring onions, bell peppers, green coriander and stir fry for a couple of minutes. Take off the fire.



Spread cream cheese on the rotis. Spoon in a bit of the seekh mixture. Now roll it up and secure with a toothpick.

Voila! Your meal is ready. I stir fried some veggies and made a potato raita to go with it.
